My name is Whitney Nelson. I've been a personal trainer now for 2 years. I started my own fitness journey about 6 years ago. I was always an athlete in high school, I played basketball and danced on my school's dance team. I started weight training as a way to get stronger and lose weight. After seeing the changes I was able to make, I wanted to help others in their journey. In 2019 I tore my Achilles tendon, while I was out of commission I decided to get my personal training and nutrition certifications. I've always been interested in the science behind fat loss, muscle gain, and learning how the body uses food as fuel. I strive to stay on the cutting edge of the industry, and would love to help you on your journey. My nutrition and personal training techniques are all backed by science. I don't get into any of the "fads", science proves what works!
